Why Rent a Boat in Vero Beach?

Whether you’re looking for relaxation, adventure, or something in between, Vero Beach has everything you need for a fun day on the water.

The lagoon boasts one of the most diverse ecosystems in North America with over 4,000 species of plants and animals. Dolphins and manatees are crowd favorites, but you can also see rays, sharks, and large fish. The many mangrove-rimmed islands dotting the lagoon are safe havens for tropical and migratory birds. With so much to see and explore, it’s no surprise that sightseeing is one of the top activities on the Indian River Lagoon.

Fishing is another popular lagoon activity, and our rental boats can get anglers on the water to reel in prized saltwater species like snook, tarpon, redfish, sheepshead, Spanish mackerel, and pompano, to name a few. Not ready to fish the lagoon alone? Check out our fishing charters.

If you start to feel peckish during your boating adventure, you can visit several dock-and-dine restaurants serving up delicious meals by the water. Blackfins at Capt Hiram’s Resort, Crab Stop, and Squid Lips Overwater Grill are local favorites located in Sebastian, FL.
