Boating Rental Guidelines
To keep everyone safe and the vibes right, here are a few simple rules:
- Pontoons max out at 10 people
- Lagoon use only — stay between Fort Pierce Inlet and Sebastian Inlet
- Operator must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and major credit card
- If you were born after Jan. 1st, 1988, you’ll need a boaters license
- No tubing, wakeboarding, or towing allowed
- Boats must be returned on time, late fees apply
